Insurance
Quik Print offers a comprehensive insurance package for our employees. We contribute a major portion of the premium. In addition to medical and dental coverage, we also provide life insurance and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for our team members.
Financial
To help our employees plan for retirement, we offer a 401(k) program with matching funds. We also provide a monthly bonus program as well as an annual Christmas bonus.
Vacation
In addition to the six traditional paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day), we also offer paid time off after an employee reaches certain milestones. After one year of employment, team members receive one week paid time off. Employees who have worked with us for two or more years receive two weeks paid time off.
