CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Customer Service Representatives assist our team in ensuring each customer experience is positive and enjoyable. They are responsible for working with clients at the front counter, performing light bindery, and running digital equipment. They greet all customers immediately, making it known that they are our number one priority. They discover the customer’s needs, and gather all information necessary to complete a print project from start to finish. They have a positive attitude, infectious energy and a willingness to perform any given tasks. They communicate effectively, enjoy problem solving and have excellent time management skills. They perform all tasks with a very high attention to detail, work with a high sense of urgency, and treat all people with respect.
Requirements: Minimum two (2) years customer service (any industry); valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
MANAGER TRAINEE
The Manager Trainee is an individual with a high sense of urgency who thrives in a fast paced environment. They appreciate learning new skills and enjoy being productive throughout the day. They are friendly, helpful, outgoing and passionate about great customer service. They enjoy working with clients, and have a desire to lead, mentor and train employees. They have a technical aptitude and a desire to learn and operate printing equipment. They perform all tasks with a high attention to detail, have a positive outlook and remain calm under pressure. Manager trainees display strong written and verbal communication skills, and use these skills to communicate with clients regarding jobs, status and expectations. They participate in daily management decisions and ensure that all work is completed with accuracy. Manager Trainees often troubleshoot and problem solve equipment, computer and related software issues.
Requirements: Minimum two (2) years customer service (any industry); valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Management experience in the restaurant and retail industry is a plus.
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Candidates for the Account Manager position must be able to communicate clearly and provide great customer service while possessing a high energy level. Account Managers are self-motivated with a knack for problem solving. They are outgoing, natural leaders, and have past track records of success. Account Managers are responsible for engaging, understanding and responding to the needs of business accounts. They manage an assigned list of accounts, and work to build, expand and solidify relationships with existing clients. They work to secure existing business and drive the sales of additional services. They enjoy working with clients and have a high attention to detail. Account Managers remain calm under pressure, and utilize critical thinking skills and good judgement to quickly determine and prioritize key issues.
Requirements: Experience in account management, sales or marketing is preferred; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required; valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
GRAPHIC ARTS CAREERS

Our Graphics & Prepress Technicians serve a vital role in creating a superior experience for our clients. Their passion for all things visual, attention to detail, and eye for color brings unique aspects to our team that set us apart from other companies.
GRAPHICS AND PREPRESS TECHNICIAN
Graphics and Prepress Technicians are trained in the graphical workflow of our offset and digital printing projects. This includes designing new artwork, making adjustments to supplied files and pre-flighting artwork using all common publishing programs, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Successful team members have a strong sense of urgency and clear attention to detail. They can work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines, while still remaining very focused, careful and thorough. They have a passion for graphic arts, and are skilled at interpreting and processing written instructions. Graphics Technicians are also trained in all aspects of the operation, from customer service to production. This may include proofreading, operating digital printing equipment, light bindery equipment, and mastering basic printing and paper knowledge.
Requirements: Associates Degree in graphic design or related areas; experience in MacOS and with Adobe Creative Suite; valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
PRODUCTION/OPERATIONS CAREERS

Our operations team plays a vital role in making each customer experience a positive one, by ensuring that our clients’ projects are always executed on time and with superior quality. This process begins in the prepress department with our Graphics and Prepress Technicians, and goes all the way through printing production to bindery and finishing. Our team members have a professional appearance and demeanor, and look to be leaders for change and improvement. OFFSET PRINTING PRESS OPERATOR (TRAINEE)
Successful press operators have a willingness to learn and grow, an eye for detail, and a mechanical aptitude. Previous experience in the printing industry is not required, as we will fully train you with all the skills necessary to learn the printing trade inside and out. Quik Print operators earn some of the highest wages in the industry. As a press operator, you will produce excellent quality printing in a fast-paced organization, perform basic maintenance on equipment and maintain a neat and organized work area. We operate 1-color, 2-color, 4-color and 5-color sheet-fed presses. All equipment is up-to-date and well maintained.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; experience in the printing industry is NOT required.
OFFSET PRINTING PRESS OPERATOR (EXPERIENCED)
Experienced press operators will enjoy perfecting their craft on our well maintained 1-color, 2-color, 4-color and 5-color sheet fed presses. Successful press operators have a strong understanding of color matching and a mechanical aptitude. They have knowledge of techniques used in setup, adjustment, operation and maintenance to produce single-color, two-color and multicolor work, including large solids, screen tints, halftone, and duotones with tight/hairline register. As an experienced press operator, you will produce excellent quality printing in a fast-paced organization, perform maintenance on equipment, and maintain a neat and organized work area.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; minimum five (5) years experience running Komori Lithrone, Heidelberg Printmaster, or similar, 4/5-color, half size or full size sheet fed presses.
BINDERY OPERATOR
Bindery Operators are trained in the operation of all bindery equipment. This includes folding, cutting, saddle stitching, numbering, inserting, and scoring machines. Full training is provided for those team members who do not have prior industry experience. Our operators are part of our production team. In addition to preparing, setting up and operating bindery machines in a fast paced work environment with tight deadlines, production team members must also maintain a clean and safe work environment, perform scheduled routine and preventative maintenance, and assist the production team with other tasks as necessary.
